Absolutely amazing service. We originally applied for a loan through one of the big four banks but with two days remaining before our finance clause was due to expire we had not heard from them. Within hours of applying with Tic Toc we were contacted by Aaron our claims assessor. I cannot express how refreshing it was to work directly with a person, rather than being treated like a number. Aaron was fantastic, arranging a valuation early knowing any delay could result in missing our deadline. He was transparent and helpful, providing full approval less than 48 hours after applying. I’m really struggling to think of an occasion where we have received better service. Cannot recommend highly enough.
