How can I check the status of my application?

Once you apply for a Tic:Toc home loan, you’ll receive your log in credentials, which will allow you to log in and manage your account online. This will also allow you to check on the status of your loan application, if it hasn’t been approved on the spot.

You log in credentials will include your account details, a customer number and a temporary password, which you’ll need to change for security reasons (the usual annoying password rules apply, like including a number, a letter and minimum of eight digits).
