If you don’t meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll match your application (with your permission, of course) against our panel of lenders and 100s of exclusive Tic:Toc deals without you having to reapply. ​

• You must meet the Tic:Toc eligibility criteria
• You can borrow up to 90% (for customers who have less than 20% deposit, you’ll need LMI)

• Your loan will be funded by one of our 20 panel lenders​
• You’ll get access to Tic:Toc exclusive deals
• Exclusive deals may allow you to unlock additional loan features that better suit your financial situation​
• You can borrow up to 95% (LMI may apply for customers who have less than 20% deposit)

Tic:Toc + Choice is an option we’re now able to offer if we weren’t able to approve you for a Tic:Toc home loan. We’re still leveraging our tech so you don’t have to fill out another application. We’ll get permission from you to collect a few more bits of info to make sure that we can find a home loan that’s right for you.

Nope. You’ve already done the hard yards and our automated process can apply the same information to progress your application to the next stage. All we’d need is one or two additional pieces of info to secure your loan.​

Of course, we won’t do this without your consent, and you’ll be asked either during your online application or in conversation with one of our team in the Customer Hub.​

Nothing. Tic:Toc is committed to our position of no Tic:Toc fees, which means you won’t pay a broker fee. Plus, our in-house brokers are not paid a commission.

There are some unavoidable third-party and government fees, like title fees and stamp duty. Some lenders may also charge fees (for example, application fees) but we’ll point these out if they’re identified as loan options for you.

An enquiry with Tic:Toc + Choice counts as a separate enquiry so there will be an additional enquiry on your credit file from the lender your new loan is placed with (from our lender panel).

The original enquiry with Tic:Toc appears simply as an enquiry, the outcome does not appear on a credit report, approved or declined.
